Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code to use these services?
Absolutely not. The Claude Code training is designed specifically for company owners and managers without a technical background. You learn to describe tasks in plain language and hand them to AI. Technical implementations on your side do not require writing code.
Is my company data safe when working with AI?
That is an important question. We discuss it in detail at the first consultation. In short: Anthropic's Claude API does not use your data to train models (unlike free versions). We can also process data locally or through a secure environment. GDPR compliance and German requirements are part of every implementation.
How much does an automation cost?
It depends on the complexity of the process. Simple automations (e.g. a report from your data, an email reply from a template) start from a few hundred EUR one-off. Complex Agentic Workflows with integrations (Odoo + Gmail + AI) are usually EUR 1,500-4,000 one-off plus an optional monthly support. The exact quote comes after the consultation.
What is Claude Code and why does Tomasz teach this tool?
Claude Code is the official CLI built by Anthropic for advanced work with AI on files, code and data. Tomasz Leppich uses Claude Code daily to run Hadron: building tools, automating internal processes and analysing data. The training is based on real use cases, not theory.
Will AI replace my employees?
AI takes over repetitive, time-consuming tasks. Employees do more of the work that requires judgement, client relationships and creativity. Sind die Daten meines Unternehmens im Umgang mit KI sicher?

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code to use these services?
Absolutely not. The Claude Code training is designed specifically for company owners and managers without a technical background. You learn to describe tasks in plain language and hand them to AI. Technical implementations on your side do not require writing code.
Is my company data safe when working with AI?
That is an important question. We discuss it in detail at the first consultation. In short: Anthropic's Claude API does not use your data to train models (unlike free versions). We can also process data locally or through a secure environment. GDPR compliance and German requirements are part of every implementation.
How much does an automation cost?
It depends on the complexity of the process. Simple automations (e.g. a report from your data, an email reply from a template) start from a few hundred EUR one-off. Complex Agentic Workflows with integrations (Odoo + Gmail + AI) are usually EUR 1,500-4,000 one-off plus an optional monthly support. The exact quote comes after the consultation.
What is Claude Code and why does Tomasz teach this tool?

Auf keinen Fall. Die Claude-Code-Schulungen sind speziell für Unternehmensinhaber und Führungskräfte ohne technischen Hintergrund konzipiert. Sie lernen, Aufgaben in natürlicher Sprache zu beschreiben und der KI zu übergeben. Technische Umsetzungen auf Ihrer Seite erfordern kein Schreiben von Code.
Sind die Daten meines Unternehmens im Umgang mit KI sicher?
Das ist eine wichtige Frage. Wir besprechen sie ausführlich im ersten Gespräch.
